HOW WE CAN HELP

Understand the risk.
Act on what matters.

Security work starts with an agreed scope and your business priorities. We help you identify weaknesses, improve controls and understand the next steps.

01

Security posture reviews

Build a picture of the controls protecting your users, devices and systems. A review helps identify practical gaps and the work that should take priority.

  • Account, device and configuration reviews
  • Exposure and access-control checks
  • Prioritised improvement recommendations
02

Vulnerability assessments

Identify potential weaknesses in agreed systems using assessment tools and review of the results. Findings are assessed in the context of your environment.

  • Defined network and application scope
  • Review and validation of scan findings
  • Severity, affected assets and remediation guidance
03

Authorised penetration testing

Assess how agreed weaknesses could affect your systems through controlled testing. Targets, methods, timing and boundaries are documented before testing begins.

  • External, internal or web application scope
  • Controlled testing within written authorisation
  • Evidence-based findings and a technical report
04

Network & endpoint hardening

Reduce unnecessary exposure through practical improvements to your configuration. Changes are planned with the business impact and recovery options in mind.

  • Firewall and network access review
  • Device configuration and patching priorities
  • Remote access and network segmentation
05

Identity & staff awareness

Help protect the accounts and everyday decisions your business relies on. We focus on sensible access, safer working practices and clear responsibilities.

  • Multi-factor authentication and permissions
  • Joiner, mover and leaver access processes
  • Phishing awareness and security guidance
06

Remediation & readiness

Turn findings into an action plan and work through the improvements. We can also help review the preparations needed to recover from a security incident.

  • Remediation planning and implementation support
  • Retesting of agreed findings
  • Backup, recovery and incident-response planning

IS THIS WHAT YOU NEED?

Clarity before your next decision.

  • You want an independent look at your current security controls.
  • A customer or business requirement calls for a security assessment.
  • You need to prioritise fixes and check whether they work.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Evidence you can act on.

An assessment can include an executive summary, agreed scope and limitations, technical findings, supporting evidence and recommended fixes. Remediation assistance and retesting are included when agreed in the proposal.

CONTROLLED TESTING

A defined scope.
A useful result.

Testing should give you clarity about the agreed systems and the actions to take next.

01

Agree the boundaries

Confirm written permission, targets, methods, timing and how issues will be escalated.

02

Assess & validate

Carry out the agreed assessment and check findings against supporting evidence.

03

Explain the findings

Report the scope, business impact, technical evidence and recommended priorities.

04

Improve & retest

Work through agreed fixes and verify the results where retesting is included.

YOUR QUESTIONS

A few useful details.

What is the difference between a scan and a penetration test?

A vulnerability assessment helps identify potential weaknesses. A penetration test adds controlled testing to examine whether weaknesses can be exploited and what impact they may have. We agree which assessment meets your needs before quoting.

Do you need permission before testing?

Yes. Written authorisation must define the systems, activities and testing window. Any relevant hosting-provider or third-party requirements must also be addressed before testing starts.

Does a completed test certify that our business is secure?

No. A test records findings within an agreed scope and time period; it cannot guarantee that every vulnerability has been found. A completion statement can confirm the work performed, while formal certifications such as ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials follow separate assessment schemes.

Can you help us fix the findings?

Yes. Remediation support and retesting can be included in the proposal. The report distinguishes identified findings, changes made and the results of any retesting.
